| Explanation of Project Statuses: |
Quote In House: | The order or request for a quote has arrived at the desk of the Project Manager and has been entered into the Innerface Project Tracking system. Others at Innerface such as Planners or Graphic Artists may also be working to complete the quote or order.

Customer Service: | This status indicates that although the project may have been routed to another department, it is now back in the hands of the Project Manager. It may be routed away and return to the Project Manager several times before shipping.

Order Entry: | Innerface has received a purchase order or verified credit card information from the customer and the quote has been routed to Order Entry.

Order Entered: | The order has been checked, specifications have been determined, and the order has been verified and entered into the manufacturing and accounting systems.
|
Manufacturing: | The order has been sent to the manufacturing shop floor.
|
Shipped: | The order has been shipped.
|
To Customer: | This status means that the customer has been requested to approve revisions, answer questions about the project, or otherwise provide additional information before the project is sent to order entry. |
